HOA Meeting and New Committe Changes

The HOA committee has scheduled a HOA meeting Aug 18th at 7pm. The meeting willbe held at the home of Michellle and Bradley Smith. The address is 384 East 760 North.

It is assumed there will be a restructure of the HOA committee and the HOA payment will no longer be sent the previous tresurer. Please email northpointevillagehoa@gmail.com for new payment arrangements.

If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like the authorize someone to vote on all matters in your behalf, please contact us.

• "The porch light has not been on for the last year, and it really bothers me to answer the door when it gets dark." (08/10/09)
• "People not placing their garbage in the trash bin. Last March, I cleaned up the horrendous mess that was by the garbage bin. It took me over a couple of hours to shovel all the trash into the bin that had been overflowing for sometime. I did not know who to complain to about this horrendous mess. NORTHPOINTE RULES OF THE COMMUNITY

Common Areas:

1. The curfew of the common areas is 11 pm weekdays and 12 am on weekends and holidays. However any noise, disturbance, or other activity which would likely annoy or disturb other residents is prohibited.
2. Please do not litter
3. Clean up after your pets, fines will be issued
4. Altering the appearance of our buildings in any way is a violation of the by-laws. This includes painting the exterior or in any other way altering the general appearance or esthetic quality of our community
5. Porch lights are illuminated at night in the interest of security and are the responsibility of the Home Owners Association. Please DO NOT UNSCREW LIGHT BULBS. They are on a common power meter paid for by the HOA. Replacement bulbs are also provided by the HOA.
6. Exterior Christmas lights and other decorations are restricted to the period between Thanksgiving Day and January 7 only.
7. No outside television or radio aerial antennas are permitted. However, satellite dishes are permitted on the roof of individual units. The dish must be mounted on the back side of each unit, i.e., over the garage of a unit.
   

Parking Lot:

1. All vehicles must be in properly designated, marked stalls; not behind individual garages.
2. Double parking is prohibited.
3. Between the hours of 5 pm and 8 am parking between the buildings is reserved for residents only. Please have your guests’ park on the street. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
4. For safety purposes, the speed limit is 5 mph. We have children that live in the community, so please use caution.
5. “Dead” cars are prohibited. All cars parked on the premises must be registered.
6. No vehicle may occupy any stall continually for more than seven (7) consecutive days. This helps deter theft and vandalism and prevents “dead” cars from taking up valuable resident parking. Residents who leave the property for more than seven (7) days should contact the management committee. Violators will be towed within 72 hours.
7. Major car repairs lasting more than 24 hours are prohibited.
   

Trash

1. Dumpsters are for household trash only. Large items such as old furniture, mattresses, Christmas trees, lumber, or any other item that would not be considered “household trash” is prohibited. Owners are responsible for hauling off large items.
